We collect information you provide directly, such as when you create an account, subscribe, post a show, or tip an artist. This may include your name, email address, payment information (processed via PayPal), and any personal details you choose to share on your artist profile or show listings.
Artists may choose to share personal contact information (email, phone, PayPal link) on their show listings. These details are visible only to subscribers who have pre‑booked the show, and they are automatically deleted from our servers 1 hour after the show ends. We do not retain this information longer than necessary.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with PayPal to process transactions, or when required by law. Artist contact details shared on the Notice Board are visible only to subscribers who have pre‑booked that specific show, as described above.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Subscribers and artists can also manage much of their information directly through their dashboard.
