By accessing or using PINS Radio (pinsandneedlesrecords.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to perform as an artist. Listeners of any age may use the platform with parental supervision.
Artists receive 100% of listener tips. PINS Radio does not take a cut. Payments are processed via PayPal. Artists are responsible for any taxes on earnings.
You may not use the platform for illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Community Rules.
PINS Radio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific earnings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PINS Radio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
