Community Rules & Guidelines

PINS Radio is a platform for artists to connect with fans and earn money directly. To keep the community safe and respectful, all artists and listeners must follow these rules.

1. Content Guidelines

You may not broadcast:

• Hate speech, harassment, or threats against any individual or group.
• Copyrighted music or other content without permission from the rights holder.
• Sexually explicit material or nudity.
• Violence, self-harm, or instructions for illegal activities.
• Spam, misleading links, or fraudulent schemes.

2. Artist Conduct

• Be respectful to other artists, listeners, and staff.
• Do not artificially inflate your listener count or tip amounts.
• Do not use the platform to promote other competing services without permission.
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations on earnings.

3. Listener Conduct

• Be respectful in chat. No abuse, spam, or impersonation.
• Tipping is voluntary and non‑refundable.
• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Artists warrant that they have the right to perform all music played. PINS Radio will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. Repeat infringers may be banned.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent ban from PINS Radio. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Changes to Rules

We may update these rules from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
